Hampton City Schools to host student & staff COVID vaccination clinic

 

Hampton City Schools is hosting a COVID vaccination clinic for HCS employees and students (ages 12 and over) on Tuesday, October 5, 2021. The clinic will be held 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Hampton High School cafeteria, 1491 W. Queen Street. Family members of HCS students attending the clinic may also receive the vaccine.

 

Students under 18 must bring a parent/guardian to sign a consent form. Everyone must pre-register to attend. To register, please scan the QR code or this link  https://www.vavax.org/appointment/en/reg/0107621539.

 

HCS students who receive their vaccination at the clinic will be entered into a drawing for the chance to win either a $300 McDonald’s gift card donated by Giaimo or two free tickets to the event of the student’s choosing courtesy of the Hampton Coliseum. Students will receive additional entries for each family member who also receives the vaccination at the clinic.
